Click the picture above to view my trip to the X Hangin H Ranch in Montana. This is no dude ranch. It is a working ranch and twice a year the owners allow paying guests to work for a week moving cattle between pastures, branding, vaccinations and the all important castration procedure.

I must admit that Rocky Mountain Oysters are actually pretty tasty. Even now though the memory of the process and being a guy myself, it's still somewhat disturbing!
